This website will present children with thousands of books suitable for their age group and encourages Children to read distinctive books and share the story with others.

OurMission

we are creating a list of books for children( age group 9-16 years) from various Indian languages. Corporate and Individuals interested in giving donations for distributing these books to the unprivileged students.

OurVision

We will tie-up with NGOs to organize Gifting Week. Students will get an opportunity to Gift new / old books to the School collection Center. The NGO’s will co-ordinate with the Collection centers to distribute the books to less privileged students.



We are in the process of developing a relationship with a reputed NGO having reach in remote parts of India. This organization will find the Schools operating in local language from various states which do not have their own libraries. Through the initiative we are in the process of creating a list of the best books in different Indian languages.( Pl involve all the teachers from your School in this exercise. I am sure that they would love to recommend some books from their mother tongue (suitable for the Children in the age group of 9-16 years ) We will reach out to various sponsors to donate minimum one set of books of the language and state of their choice. The NGO would buy the books on behalf of the donors and arrange to send the books to these dialect medium Schools.




ihavereadthebook.com is an initiative to encourage Children to read and share their reading experiences with other Children. This website will present children with thousands of books suitable for their age group. Children can register themselves to the website and explore the books, read and write reviews for the books of their interest. The website encourages Children to read distinctive books and share the story with others.




Schools can participate and register themselves and their students to the ihavereadthebook platform. Various individual and school level competitions like energy conservation initiatives, Story writing competitions, Essay competitions, etc are organized through this platform for students, to enhance their reading and writing skills. Names of winning schools and students are declared on the website after each competition.
