Shree Krishna is an incarnation of Vishnu and this story is about him. I will just tell you the start of the story. Kans is an ambitious king who, after listening to the prediction that his sister's seventh son will kill him, imprisons her and kills every child born to her except the last two. Krishna is safely transported to Gokula before the King attempts to kill him. How we like to play chase or see tom and jerry/other comical cartoons, similarly Sri Krishna's stories are filled with humour. Krishna used to steal "Makhan" from the "Gopis" and then used to get chased or punished. You must read the book.

I will tell you the shortened version of this story but there is no fun in it because the longer version is even more enlighting... Once shree Krishna stole Makhan as usual and as a punishment was tied to a mortar- a cylindrical object. He, being a God could have untied himself but he didn't. However he did pull the mortar till it reached two trees which were extremely close to each other. Shree Krishna went between the trees but the Mortar, being so big, couldn't fit through. After applying some pressure, the Lord broke the two trees. From these trees two demi-gods appeared... Who are they??? Please read to find out.
