Katniss everdeen the girl on fire has survived even though her home has been destroyed. she has been rescued from the cruel, haunted quater quell. A revolution unfolds she has long been part of the revolution without knowing it. district 13 has come out of shadows and is planning to overthrow the capitol. there would be no more hunger games played with the lives of children to do this she becomes the rebel-'THE MOCKINGJAY' I liked katniss who is the heroine who is in the love with gale and peeta both and her sister prim the villian president snow tries peeta and katniss.

at the start of this part, Katniss is very ill and misses Peeta very much.President Coin,the president of district 13,asks her to be the Mockingjay,the face of the rebellion.As District 12 was destroyed ,few people who survived the attack including Prim and their mother and Gale and his family,now live in 13.Katniss agrees to become Mockingjay on some conditions like she and Gale will go alteast an hour for hunting,Peeta's and other tributes's immunity,the permission to keep their cat,Buttercup.When she becomes Mockingjay,she has to prepare for propos.She normally thinks that Peeta is or will be dead by now.Then a Capitol programme airs in which Peeta is interviewed.Katniss is happy to see that Peeta is alive.Then she has to go to different districts to encourage people to join them,and helping them.When finally all the districts are united except 2,Katniss,Gale and their soliders,attack the main work building of the Capitol.Between all this war,Peeta and others are rescued by the rebels.Snow has tried to highjack Peeta and make him believe that all that is happening is because of her.When all the districts,including 2 are together,a special squad with Katniss,Gale,Peeta are sent to Capitol to finish Snow.There is alot of fighting but the war is won by rebels.Prim is dead as a rebel bomb hit her.At the excecution of Snow,Katniss kills Coin instead and Snow deis of chocking when he laughs.Now Katniss has to choose between Gale and Peeta for life.As Gale goes for work in 2 and her mother as nurse in 4,Katniss and Peeta marry and live together in 12.

This book was awesome.I enjoyed reading it.And I was curious reading the next page.Author Suzanne Collins is an awesome writer with a great imagination sense. This book was thrilling and it has more two parts ,the first one Hunger Games and the third one is Catching Fire.This is the second one.It was very thrilling book .Mockingjay begins in the midst of a war, a revolution led against President Snow and the Capitol by rebels who have taken refuge in the previously believed destroyed District 13. Katniss agrees to be the Mockingjay, the face of the rebellion, to rally those fighting for the cause, but fulfilling this role becomes increasingly difficult as the Capitol uses Peeta against her. While there is no official Hunger Games in this novel, Katniss recognizes that she is fighting in just that. The rules in these Games, however, are different because more than one person can survive, and Snow is a player as well. Katniss’ ultimate goals are to kill Snow and save Peeta, these are the thoughts that drive her forward during her grueling transformation into the Mockingjay .I would suggest this book to my close ones.I loved this book!!

I HAVE LOVED THIS BOOK A LOT ITS A GREAT BOOK .Mockingjay is the final installment of the famous trilogy The Hunger Games. This book describes the quest of a brave young girl, Katniss Everdeen, to unite Panem. The Capitol, a tyrannical government, is oppressing the districts of Panem. The protagonist sets her pursuit against the Capitol. This novel falls under the genre of science fiction. Katniss Everdeen and her friends moved to the underground District 13 and are adapting to the life there. District 13 is striving to gather the rebellions in Panem to fight against the Capitol. Katniss was approached by District 13 to act as the Mockingjay for the rebellion. She agrees to the proposal on certain conditions. Starting out as an actor in rebel propaganda films called propos, she was kept away from the actual fight. But, she defies her rules and participates in a battle that involves the bombing of a hospital in District 8. In the meanwhile, the Capitol's plan of bombing District 13 comes out and thus the rebels form their military strategy to survive the attacks. As a part of this strategy, Katniss is sent to the Capitol. The novel goes on to explore about Katniss' survival and fight against the Capitol. Mockingjay was published by Scholastic Inc.
