Harry Potter and the Cursed Child by J K Rowling and Jack Thorne is a book based on the play, performed in London. It is a script of the play. It is the eighth in the Harry Potter series. As a Potter fan, I have always enjoyed reading the Harry Potter books but this one did not meet expectations. It follows the story of Harry Potter, Ginny Weasley, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley and Draco Malfoy's children. A twist in this story follows, as Harry's and Draco's children, Albus and Scorpius become best friend. It was a great read but fans of theHarry Potter series will be disappointed.

Its Albus's first year at Hogwarts and Scorpius Malfoy is his best friend.At first, it is shown that Harry doestn't seem to understand his child.At their fourth year,Albus and Scorpius get off from the train to go in the past and save Cedric Diggory from getting killed.They steal time turner and with the help of Delphini Diggory go to change the past.When they change the first task,the future also changes.In this future,Ron and Hermoine did not marry and even Cedric got killed.They again go to change the past.But this time they change second task which results in Cedric becoming of a Death Eater and the Battle of Hogwarts is lost by Harry. Snape is alive and with his, Ron's and Hermoine's help Scorpius again puts everything right. After coming in the true future,Albus and Scorpius try to destroy the Time Turner,but at that time Delphi shows her true colours.She is actually the daughter of Voldermort and Bellatrix Lestrange.She forces Albus and Scorpius to come with her and warn Voldermort to not to try to kill Harry as a baby.Albus and Scorpius send a message to Harry,who comes to their rescue.They catch Delphi and watch Voldermort kill Harry's parents.

After reading the book, does one realize that the story is meant to be written in the form of a play. Only then does it reach its true potential and attract a wider audience. The play begins where the last book of Harry Potter left off, nineteen years after the dark wizard Voldemort had been killed. This story explores the character of Harry as a father of three children and a busy work of the Ministry of Magic. Some added important characters include Scorpius, son of Draco Malfoy who nursed an old rivalry with Harry Potter and the young Albus Severus Potter who befriends Scorpius and ends up shut out by others of his age. Albus and Scorpius face a lot of criticism from their peers with makes their bond grow stronger. Both of them shared a weak bond with their fathers and were put in Slytherin- the house of the dark witches and wizards. The story explores the possibility of time travel and teaches us that tampering with time wizard or not can end up in nasty consequences and that the past cannot be reversed nor the future foreseen. My favourite character is Scorpius who despite being considered an outcast and going through a number a difficulties, rises against his odds and attains greatness. The play is written beautifully in simple language and in my opinion is a must read for all Harry Potter fans. It is a continuation of the story of Harry Potter as well as a valuable lesson of honesty, kindness and trust.

This story is an awesome continuation of harry Potter. This story solves many questions aroused in our mind by other 7 books. There are many twists and surprises in this story. Before dying voldemort has a child it will be the cause of many difficulties for harry potter and his team. This story is about handling of a time turner by children of Draco and Harry Potter. If you are asking me its worth reading.

This is a book written by an author named J.K. Rowling. She is from Scotland and lives in a castle. She has written 7 books of this series and this is her 8th book. It unveils that Voldemort and Bellatrix have a daughter named Delphi. In this book Ron, Hermione, Harry, etc. also become grown ups and married, Ron and Hermione gets married and have a son named Hugo and a daughter named Rose , Harry and Ginny also gets married and have two sons named Albus Severus Potter and James Sirius Potter and they also have a daughter named Lily Potter.

After i had finished all the harry potter series, i had expected something unexpected... because harry potter is all about expecting the unexpected. and unexpected is what had happened. the cursed child is out with all its magical might and spells. the scene building b all the authors is amazing. I cant expect more than this. when albus severus potter gets himself lost within tje vast sands f time. its upto harry and his friends to have a battle with time itself... which is enthralling. heck of a good read.
